- Check that no scheduled, submitted or awaiting-confirmation fixture remains unresolved.

Step by step
Open the current season.
Resolve all pending matches, team cards, disputes, walkovers and voids.
Download the final report bundle.
Press Complete season. Dartscores blocks completion while any fixture is unresolved.
Review the completion summary, type the season name and confirm only when the competition is genuinely finished.
Check that the final table and season honours have been saved.
If completion was accidental, use Undo accidental completion. Confirm the season name before reopening it.
Undo returns the season to Active, removes only the completion honours snapshot and rebuilds the table. Existing players, fixtures, results and notifications are preserved.
Return to Manage league and create a new season when the old competition is genuinely complete.
Use the existing league members, clubs, teams and permanent rosters rather than recreating them.
Enter the required teams or players, set the new rules, generate fixtures and activate the new season.
Common problems
Complete season is blocked: resolve or explicitly void every unfinished fixture first.
Undo accidental completion is not visible: only the league owner, an authorised manager or a platform administrator can use it.
A player or team is missing from the next season: add the existing member or team; do not create a duplicate.
Rules from the old season are not copied automatically: review every new-season setting before activation.
