Before you start
- Know whether the competition is for individual players or pub/club teams.
- Decide who will be the league owner and who will manage each team.
Step by step
The league owner creates the league and has full organiser control.
A league admin can help manage members, seasons, fixtures, league nights, results and reports.
A team manager or captain manages their own team, roster, line-up and team communications. They do not receive full access to the whole league.
A player joins the league, checks in, scores games, confirms results and sees permitted statistics.
Choose Individual Player Organiser when players compete directly in the main table.
Choose Pub & Club Team Organiser when teams have permanent rosters, team match cards and a team table.
The organiser product controls the main competition type. Players, captains and team managers do not pay to take part.
Common problems
The wrong organiser type was selected: contact a platform administrator before creating live seasons, or create the correct league under the correct organiser access.
A captain needs league-wide control: the league owner can add the Admin role only after the captain has claimed their account.
A player appears as unclaimed: the person exists in the league but has not yet connected the record to a verified account.
